1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NeoTrader, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Service Description
NeoTrader provides AI-generated trading signals, market analysis, portfolio tracking tools, and automated trading features. Our service is an informational and analytical tool — it does not constitute financial advice, and we are not a licensed financial advisor or broker-dealer.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must not share your account or use the platform for any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for the first 30 days.
5. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance of our AI signals does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. NeoTrader is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from using our signals or automated trading features. See our Risk Disclosure for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, AI models, signal data, and platform code are the intellectual property of NeoTrader. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of our platform or its outputs without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
NeoTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
